Goodbye Orkut...

It's quite a while since I've been to this spot. I was a bit active on the techie blog. Busy, tiredness, laziness.... could be anyone of them.

Today I feel I am becoming more mature..good to me and others. For quite sometime, I was wondering, is there a way to extend the 24hofaday!!!! I started rewinding my calendar..Found a few timewasters. Finally I made a very bold and indeed a clever decision....

I deleted my orkut profile, permanently..Bindaas!!!!

Though late, I came to know the truth..Orkut does take a few of my, that precious time. And I am sure that's the same for many.

Why do we want this?
To get in touch with friends?
To get new friends?
To vote for bullshit polls?
To join communities, which we never knew before orkut?
To secretly peep into some beautifully disguised gal's/Guy's/Gay's profiles?


There is Email..
There is Instant Messenger Chat...
There is Telephone...
There is Mobile Text.....
I'll use any of these,and those of them who wants to do the same, can choose any of them....

And if this makes sense to anybody who happen to read this, find the steps on how to do this:

Mozilla --> Google.com --> <search string> Delete Orkut
